Rabbi Schloss received her rabbinical ordination from the Jewish Theological Seminary in 1996. She holds a double Masters degree in Jewish Communal Service and Public Administration from Hebrew Union College and University of Southern California. Her undergraduate degree is from Brandeis University where she majored in Psychology.
Rabbi Schloss currently serves as a chaplain at the MichaelE. DeBakey VA Medical Center in Houston and a contract chaplain for the Memorial Hermann Healthcare System.
Rabbi Schloss, a native of Connecticut, has served congregations in Winnipeg, Manitoba and Texas. Traveling, photography, and learning about different healing traditions are some of her favorite hobbies. She is married to Eljay Waldman and is the proud mother of Priya.
